Will JSON or JavaScript content affect seo?

currently, we use the pagefly app to genetate some faq accordion contents on our products collection pages for our shopify site. each collection FAQ page includes 1000+words for keywords optimization. but it seems these contents generated by pagefly app is json file type. will this affect the content indexing and SEO in google?
