Will it sell?

I'm working on a WordPress theme shop project - free themes actually, and it's about 90% completed with 10 themes ready to share. But I'm kinda need some cash and thinking to sell it instead once it's done.

Will this kind of site sells on Flippa? I mean with no traffic & earning.

yes, it will sell.. just don't expect anything big

there are people that might like the site design and etc.. and may decide to buy it and start working on it
