will it remove my links ?

i am working on dating site and it is ranking good in google for some good traffic keywords.. however i never build any link for that domain. its DA is 10 and home page Page authority is 17.

problem: i have seen some porn sites linking to my website in the webmaster tool. i know it will harm my website and i think my website will get penguin penalty in near future.

i checked the spammy links( thousands of links from 4-5 domains) and they all redirect to 2-3 sites and then end-up to some adult landing page. i never used the google disavow tool before. i submited the txt file containing that domains. will it help me ??? there are no clue to contact webmaster of that site and as i know google's disavow tool is the last option.

will it work ??????
