Hi, If I use copy content for About Us, Privacy Policy and Terms $ Service pages, Will it hurt getting approved by Adsence?

Most of people use auto generated content for Privacy Policy and Terms & Service pages including me,this should not be a problem getting into adsense. You can write yourself 200-300 words about us page.

I see, I copied them from another website and just replaced the company name.

You could try WP freshstart plugin it Will generated all of page like about us, dmca, privacy policy, etc, with our personal detail (domain name, email etc.) Automatically and nice results also I'm running adsense site with this without any issues

If you have unique content on the site, why not take some time and make the About Us page unique? The privacy policy may be the same as others, including the TOS. But you can use some synonyms to make it appear unique. You better eliminate anything that may cause your AdSense not to be approved.
