Will it be worth the effort?

I have a niche health website, which functions as a directory and present information from 4 to 10 companies per city in the United States and Canada, I provide a text 10% and 15% different between each company, with a total of 160 words on average, I also have some generic articles of the niche but will be 15 against 400 that are only specific company. I clarify that I try to position in two important keywords of average competition and I have 9 months of life, contract some service here of networks and links. It occurred to me to convert the text into voice and add each video to the article. Now the consultation is: help on something, is it worth the effort?

Why not try doing it for an article or two and guaging if it makes a difference for you. If it does, you can go ahead and keep doing it. But if not you know early that it's not worth it. Just my advice.
