I like to edit videos on my PC using Adobe Premier. Do videos uploaded on PC get limited? I heard uploading it on iPhones will have the best engagement.

Which one though? Some (if not all) emulators I've used are detected and cause your account to get shadowbanned.

I don't think using TikTok on PC has drawbacks, It's quite the opposite for my own use case scenario because TikTok android does not support 4K uploads while I can upload my 4K edits on the TikTok website on PC and they perform just fine.

That mean videos which are made by professionals on PC will get poor engagement as compared to shity videos recorded on phones? I highly doubt that.
