If you've been banned several times already on the same IP? Even if you follow all their rules?

I advise you to use dynamic ip-adress, smart-hide or other ip-anonymizer.
As far as I know when you use IP address which have been already banned it is still insufficient reason to block another your account as long as you don't break the rules

yes chances are you may get banned...changing the ip is advisable

No you wont get banned lol.
I've had several accounts that got terminated and i still use new ones ((Same IP.))

Yes buddy becoz that particular ip is blacklisted by instagram so its better to use new ip
