Will Iframing US first page offers still work?

Hey guys,
I just thought about the idea to iframe US first submit offers where user is required just to enter the email. Would it work or not? What do you think?

Really depends on the network.

Advertiser might get pissed that nobody converts then u will get your affiliate account terminated.
