No you probably won't get sued even if you get 100k or more fans...
Facebook mostly sues those who promote scam things like Dislike, Profile Spy etc...

People are sarcastic. But fact of the matter is that facebook is after people who do what you do. Does it matter what kind of fish are you? No.
Think about it this way; who does the IRS smear on? The "crime families" or the small business owner who did not invoice a $100 customer?
Be cautious and stay anonymous.
Anonymous means that before you switch accounts (to your real one), you even change your IP address and clean cookies. That's just a part of the puzzle.

Honestly dude, don't take advice from anyone on BHW. Until you're in the position of a lawsuit, you'll never know. People last year were laughing at the idea that Facebook would send out cease-and-desist letters or file any lawsuits. A few months later, a bunch of C&Ds later, and some awarded judgment from lawsuit cases - those folks are now all saying stuff in hindsight.
From what I hear (friends i know at FB), Facebook may start to litigate any case they can. It isn't for the money, it is for the principle.

If they are gonna sue every page which has 300 fans and promoting affiliate links then daily around 100 people will get sued lol
