Will I loose link juice if I switch my PBN to https://

For some reason Google indexed my PBN as https:// even tough the site was never https:// before.

The root domain has 19 TF - 50 RD.
But with https:// it has zero.

If I setup the domain as https:// will Ioose my link juice? Because as I see Google still doesn’t want to index my site as is, without https://.

No you won’t. That is perfectly fine.
 
You have 50 links pointing to http and 0 links pointing to https. So yes, you will lose some link juice due to 301 redirect, but nothing too dramatic. It might also take longer to see an effect of the PBN domain.
 
I have just noticed now, both https and non-https (justdomain.com) are indexed. So I guess it's not a problem anymore?

Just set up your site at http, make sure https redirects to http and you are good to go. Also, feel free to check preferred version in webmaster tools. I believe there's the settings for that.
 
Since more and more people are switching to https, google must be viewing these types of changes as different from a 301,
since they are the main antagonists of the change. So no, google will quite happily handle the change easily.
Many big sites have changed to this over the years, and done so with very little problems.

Ehmm, well I don't add my PBNs to Search Console, is it better to add them? If so I guess I have to create 15+ Google accounts each for my PBN with different IPs?

I agree here. At least I would expect them to handle it differently from classic 301 redirect.

Doesn't matter really. If you use separate gmail and IP, it's fine. But don't really worry in this case. Let it be as it is.
 
If you made 301 correctly for all subpages this PBN, it will be ok
 
If both are indexed then yes, it gets problematic. Use this code in Htaccess, it will redirect your https version to http and you’ll retain all of your link juice:

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} ^443$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
</IfModule>
 
Not an issue but if both are indexed, then use one of them by redirecting the other through htaccess
 
Just install Really Simple Ssl plugin and all will be fine (of coure, first you need to purchase Ssl with your hosting);
 
HTTPS is a great thing, but I've seen people screw themselves hard trying to switch over by messing the job up. There are several ways to do it that are just fine and won't leave headaches, just avoid the dumb mistakes. As with all things, research THEN execute.

I second this advice. I don't believe there's much (if any) penalty for a 301 redirect from http to https, but you don't get much benefit doing it on a pbn site either, so why take the risk?
 
Yes, if you migrate your site from HTTP to HTTPS you’ll likely lose rankings, but this is usually temporary and there are a couple of things you can do to prevent/minimize the problem. The secure https protocol is preferred by google over the normal http. Just make sure you have a redirect rule in your .htaccess file that points every http URL to its https equivalent and you should be fine.
