there is a UK website and i want to make a similar sort of thing here (ZA)
will i get sued if i use a similar sounding domain name? not identical, but very similar? the site will provide the exact same thing as the UK version?

I quess when you use the type-o it doesn't care unless you can't make a like look like there's as it looks as a scam. If it's a good moneymaking businiss I wouln'd make a conflict with them and try to sell the domain to them first.

i think you wont get sued unless you're really trying hard to copy them. theres loads of sites with really similar names right now and they dont seem to get screwed..
