I Just Hired Someone on Upwork to make Web 2.0s for me, after a week and he send me the report, i notice that all the web 2.0s he created has the same content on my website. he just copy all the article. Will my main money site will get penalize by google?

Did you hire someone from here at BHW? If yes, expose his work so that he won't scam future customers. If not, don't ever order from that person again. If you have login details on those web 2.0s, maybe you can edit their contents so that every entry will be unique.
 
It won't be considered as a duplicate article since it was not posted on your site but be very careful next time because your site might get penalized for unnatural inbound links to your site .
 
No. You won't get penalized by Google just because you have duplicate contents on other sites, but duplicate content on the same website is not advisable. Just put a source code or simply a link from your Web 2.0 sites to your main website and Google will be able to determine which one is the original. Google knows which content is original based on publish date and some other factors so don't worry. What your employee did was simply called "Content Syndication". Hope I helped.
 
Yes their is a chances if you are getting any back links from those submitted content. There are many other factors also.

No its not from BHW, he's from UPWORK, but i notice on almost 25 web 2's he created has same article on my money site. and also those web 2's has just only 1 post each. what can you suggest?

i check all the web 2's article through copyscape and its saying duplicate that pointing to my money site..
 
what if i plan to build backlinks on that web 2's ? instead of pointing all the backlinks direct to my money site, i will just create backlinks on that web 2's
 
OMG! That is the laziest way to make Web 2.0s! I can understand if one uses your website to gather necessary information in making a proper web 2.0 but using the same content, that's preposterous!!! Since you hired that guy from Upwork leave a review and rating that would reflect the poor service you received. This would be a proper retribution because he put your website at risk for penalties.
 
If you have access to web2 edit them to new content. Add money site to google serach console and check if some warning are for it. If yes delete web2 through disavov

not all content but most of the articles and some are just scrapped by scapper to make the words and sentence different from my money site. also the images are the same. What should i do? can i ask the worker to edit ?

but the guy's rating in UPWORK is good,i think he knows what he is doing but still i am confuse on how he build web 2's

It is fine unless and until your not getting backlinks from those sites.
Once, the backlink start's it will harm your site for sure :)

im sure i am getting backlinks from the web 2's in future as they are pointing (the keywords i am going to rank) to my website and in the future i am going to build backlinks on that web 2's
 
You won't get any duplicate content penalty, becouse it doesn't exist, however google may see it as unnatural linkbuilding.
When you say it seems like the guy knows what he's doing, I certainly hope not, becouse then he'll know that he gave you poor content and linkbuilding service.
is there a possibility that the reviews on upwork are fake?
Write a very bad review on upwork on his job detailing everything unless he has actually given you what was agreed upon ofcourse
 
If I were you, I would disavow every link made from those articles.
 
There are two main factors that play rule in this situation :

age of Yourwebsite
quality of links that You have

For fresh website - it might get penaltized - solution is provide new content on Your main site.

I'd request you to please remove them before getting issues to main site & Keywords :)
At least, the content would have been spun :(
 
I would delete those WEB 2.0 if possible. Especially if your website is new and has no authority.
 
Nobody can tell. Try to have them removed asap or sit back and pray. And next time think twice before throwing crap at your website.

Well, if that's the case, then you should enlighten him about this as well as the potential danger it might bring. Be like the merciful Buddha, teaching others the road to enlightenment.
