I have experienced that even if you achieve the required threshold of 1k subscribers and 4k watch hours, it takes some time to reflect the monetization activation status in yoru channel. Also at times that stats differ slightely from the mobile app and desktop browser version.
It appears that you are using youtube from mobile app. Try switching to desktop browser and check below sections. Pls refer to the screenshots below -

I got rejected for that
I had been posting shorts but i deleted them all an made a video my self from stock footage and now it says reused content

Did you use your original commentaries on your videos?
I got rejected i will do an appeal

Few days after I applied last time, I even got a live chat option and set video visibility "members only" which gave me hope I'll be monetized by I still got rejected. I still have live chat and creator support but I'm not monetized, don't really know how

i sent them one before but still got denied. I've been in and out of YPP for 5-6 times so far haha

You're wrong. Anyone can check if the other channels have on or not the monetization.
just go on the channel page - right click - check website source code - ctrl+F and type "monetization".
you will find in the code : {"key":"is_monetization_enabled","value":"true"} - if the monetization is ON and "value":"false" if channel is without monetization.
