Will I get monetized with this?

Hello I am creating a new channel that will upload bar race chart videos, like this:

My main channel has over 500k subs and gets about 25 million views a month and I am sure I will reach the required subs and watch time during the first day. However I am not sure whether this type of content can be monetized or not so I am wondering should I get a monetized channel before I start uploading this kind of content?

I've talked with the guy, that owns the channel that you have shown as an example, about a year ago.

Back then his channel was still monetized and made big bank from it. He got monetized quite quickly even though his whole process of making such a video is atomized. He spends nearly no time on these which makes it a huge market gap for many other niche videos with such a style.

As of today, I am not aware of Youtubes standards. If you want to take the safe road, buy a channel from a trusted seller (maybe on here). Or just F it and try it out.

Pls note my opinion with caution and please do verify it further. In my research with some freelancers who are experienced you tubers and channel designers, this kind of video will not be allowed for monetisation any more.
 
Update:
I published my first video almost 4 hours ago. The video has gained 5.6k views and I have gained 2.3k subs. Pretty much all of these came from my main channel and Discord server with 30k members. I haven't bought any of them. So yeah the subscriber requirement was filled quick but looks like getting 4k hours will take a bit longer.

I'll keep promoting this channel on my main channel so I should be able to apply for monetization soon. Then we'll know the answer.
