Will I get into legal trouble for doing this?

Hello again dear members of BHW.
I am trying to promote a CPA offer, I have bought a domain, hosting and setup a cool landing page.
My idea: I am going to print good looking flyers with my domain name on them and spread them into mailboxes of lots of houses. Along with some other offline methods.
Will I get into serious trouble doing this? Because I am using the trademark logo of the company promoted in the offer.

unauthorized use of trademark logo = no good!!!

I remember back in 2012 when some people were making decent amount using the same method. Anyway, you must visit a lawyer and ask him about that, as this might be illegal in some specific countries... Moreover, it also depends on the company and if it gives the autorisation to use their logo when promoting such offer.

Without knowing your country, it's hard to say what's legal. But within the US at least, leaving unstamped items in mailboxes is a criminal offense, and unauthorized use of trademarks can result in heavy fines.

In my region I get these things shoved under by windshield wipers and shoved into my mailbox daily. I throw them out.

I don't think it's illegal (not everywhere anyway) but you should probably get your legal advice from someone in your region to be sure.
