Will I get downloads?

Want to upload some of my files to as many file sharings as possible (now can upload to around 200 sites), do you think that it will bring me many downloads?

Nobody can answer that OP.
Depends on the site, the traffic, the download and how you are promoting it.
Test, analyse, adjust, repeat.

two days ago I uploaded a file to 200+ file sharings but didn't get any downloads yet...

Also found that some file sharings use the name of the file in the download link. it looks like this - filesharing.com/349549530/my-file-name.apk.html

So I tried to replace the file name with long tail ketwords, but it also doesnt help

Seems that it is obligatory to rank them somehow...
