if i join 100 group boards,then i post 1 picture into one of my own board,then i repin this picture to 100 boards in 2 hours.
i mean post same picture to many group boards in a short time. is it ok? if i join 500 group boards, can i post a picture to 500 boards in a short time?

If your account is new you will get a ban if your account is old there is still chances of getting ban if you do it fast just do it slowly.

Do it with different accounts, that why you're safe. 500 in 2 hours from one account is excessive and you're at risk of being banned.

Nobody can say you the limits cause it always depends on, if your Accounts or the pins you do looks spamy.
So you need to try it out , but if it is a new Account will get banned.
So you need to sacrifce some Accounts to get your limits or you never take a risk and stay in the safe zone.
