Will I get back my publishing rights?

I had a fan page with 88,000 fans and had my publishing rights blocked yesterday. I had lost the password to my email account associated with that Facebook account, thus I never received the email from Facebook to authenticate my fan page.

I now found the authentication page manually and completed it for my fan page:

Once FB receives this, is it likely I will regain my publishing rights?
