I have an old Facebook account and I want to advertise my fanspage posts by using Facebook ads.

The situation is I want to use my father's credit card as a payment method. However, I have the same last name with my father (because my last name is a family name from my father)

So, Will I Get A Problem For This Situation? Because I'm afraid of Ads Manage Error (AME)

Sounds like you dont have multiple accs. Fb is a beast and will ban whitehat ads too if you fet bad feedback.. so this doesn't sound sustainable unless you are doing some ultra whitehat stuff.
