Will I ever be able to unfollow again?
And if the answer is Yes...what the hell are the new unfollowing limits? I unfollowed 300-350 per day, 20-40 sec delay, 4-6 automation interval

Yes, it's just temporary. Wait a day and try again with longer delays

Think of it this way: does any real user follow/unfollow 500 people a day?

All you gotta do for a long term project is make it look natural. The numbers I see on some threads here are unreal. If you systematically unfollow hundreds a day, your project won't last very long.
 
I am unfollowing around 300 a day. With greater time delay.
 
Any unfollowing of 250+ a day without a somewhat substantial time delay is asking for negative attention. You will get greater leeway the older the account is as well as variations of unfollows each successive day. In other words, 250+ one day, 150+ another, 200+ another, and so on.

You mean that you can get more higher limit (like 400-500 or even 600-800) if you warm up the account? Like: one day 250, the other 150, then 200, 300, 190, 240, 320, and so on? Btw, it's instagram forum :)
 
To be honest , am Un-following 700-900 a day with 10 of my accs and none of my accs got a single ban in last 2 weeks.
 
I am done spamming with bots, you can follow 1k a day manually and only 200-300 a day by bot safely. Army of Instagram accounts are terribly hard to monetize anyways.
