If you get a lot of income or someone report, they will ban you. But if you get very less then they won t.

Ignore the retard answer. Simple answer to a simple question:

i think they will ban you if you got a lot of income too..it look suspicious rite?

Yes, placing more than 3 codes on a web page is one rule you're breaking, and placing Adsense code in popup windows is also breaking a ruls.

Actually can place more than 3 ads BUT they are Adsense approve ones...like more higher grade publishers whereby their site is gaining lots of traffic etc..if I not mistaken but i do know some establish site got more than 3 adsense ads and they never breaks the rules as what i have mention.

Ok My main concern is on POP up windows....so is against the rule , ok thanks ..

lol in fact perhaps I was slow....I trying to think a sneaky way to get more clicks..and happen to surf one site...

their pop up ad is not adsense...is relate to a company laptop..

the close button x is freaking small that make me accidentally click the ad ..this is why I asking here.

No doubt Adsense is strict...'but what I was looking is a way to make visitors click the ads more "in a Legal way.

I heard many stories Adsense user ...get ban after their income increase a lot.....

I doubt Adsense anyhow ban people ... IF your account suddenly income increase very fast , I think they will check where your traffic come from.
if the traffic is legal and you just place 3 ads , all rules you obey...

I doubt they will just close your account just because your income suddenly a lot?????

Yes I read before one viral news..about this guy his Adsense get ban...despite he never do anything wrong....as he earn a lot..and google never pay him..just ban him out of no reason..which he claim..he even engage lawyer want google to pay his initial earnings.

In all of these stories you only hear one side. I'm sure the people who got banned were just minding their own business... /s

I myself once placed Adsense code into a mega menu that popped open once a user scrolled over the nav bar. It did improve my CTR some, but my overall earnings weren't anything to brag about. It was a kick-around site that didn't get a lot of traffic. After doing this for about 3 or 4 months I got the email from the Adsense team about violating TOS, specifically the popup rule. I wasn't banned but did need to correct the infraction and let them know I had made the correction.

I've gotten a total of 3 warnings since 2009, 2 for adult content and the last one for the pop up. I either am really lucky, or Google bans accounts that are seriously doing some TOS violations. Anyone thinking about violating TOS runs a risk, period ... but from my experience I never found Google to be 0 tolerance strict.
