Will I be in trouble if..

Hi guys,

I am wondering if I start a blog using, say a woo theme from the download section, with some commercial plugins which I got from the same place, and then build it up with some unique content and then try to sell it on sitepoint, will this get me in trouble? I see all this talk about callback, and what not. Has anybody tried this? Does people buying homepages from sitepoint ask questions about the you having the rights to sell it? About you having a developer license? etc.

My standard answer to a theme or plugin owner would be "that I bought a collection of themes, plugins etc on ebay on CD/DVD. Sorry didn't know I wasn't allowed to resell them, won't happen again". To a buyer I would just be vague, "yes I have a full collection and rights to sell, etc.

I doubt anyone would ask unless you made reference to it first.

It really depends on how flippa works now.

SitePoint's marketplace became flippa, well the websites section so depending on the buyer and stuff, worst case you take it down.
