As we begin to grow older, life is not the same... so many pages between now and then.
 
Money is very important. Without money you aren't respected as much, and have less say so in your own life. You must keep your desire to get rich, or oneday you will wake up poor and without nothing. And then you'll REALLY be miserable and lonely.
 
Its much more comfortable to cry in a Lamborghini than on a bicycle.
 
Being rich is a relative term. Also, money is a means to an end, not a goal on itself.
Money is meaningless if you don't have someone to share it with, for instance.

Being rich, to me, means to know I'm loved. Someday I will reach that point. :)
 
IF it helps you reach your life goal faster than yes .
IF it takes you time from your life goal than no.
