Today I paid $8 for $125 in Bing/Adcenter credits. I made a new account to use these coupons. I have ready in a few threads (direct replies from Microsoft employees) that yes, you can create separate accounts for separate websites. I started my normal count in June with a $300 Bing promotional credit. Since then I have spent ~$30 and another $25 promotional coupon. I made a new account for what's technically a new website. The coupons worked on this new account; however, I'm doing the same thing I was on my original account. That is, direct affiliate marketing. So it's technically a new account, and i'm technically promoting new websites that I wasn't on my old account.. I'm just curious if I'm breaking any rules here.
