I have popular animal videos on youtube. Will I banned if I put my ecommerce website link in the description? Link has nothing to do with the videos, that is why I'm worried.

Dont think so, however try to shorten it. You'll be better off.

I don't think so unless your videos have copyright content. There are channels that put their amazon aff links in the description and have around 200k subs.
