I have a question about these. Will I be Banned/Blocked from GOOGLE if I use these?

I would like to use them, but not at the risk of being banned or blocked etc. Any Ideas?

..By the way, what do these do exactly?

They index your website or pages on your website? I mean it is not very complicated what they do lol and i have not used them but you could always just use a proxy to be safe i was using traffic travis for the first time today and now i can't use google keyword tool >.<

I use them almost daily to index my pages and there is no worry for getting banned.
