will google penalize me for duplicate content?

    If I buy a new domain name and redirect it to one of my websites(for use on craigslist) will google see it as a seperate website and penalize me for duplicate content?

    If you do it wrong, yes... The big G will penalize you.
    Luckily, it's very easy to do it right. =)

    Thanks. The article is almost 5 years old. I am pretty sure google wised and smarten up and dont apply penalties when a domain is forwarded now days

    craiglist is different from Google..

    Your link will be remove from Craiglist if you been caught doing redirecting to other domain.
