Seems like you asked to close your account, and if that’s the case yes they will pay. But if it was banned, they won’t pay.

Sometimes they will, sometimes not 
. I got banned 5 years old account (South Asian account) with $3800 and they didn't give me anything back except -$546 . I have different experiences regarding this... On another account, at the beginning of March, I got banned with around $7000 (USA Account) and they gave me back $900. In both cases, I submitted requests several times to check and request them back my account only. They just denied .

You probably already figured out they won't pay you the extra, but you might try to contact their support and work with someone over there. It is highly unlikely they will make any adjustments since your account was banned, but if you feel that strongly about it, contact support. You might get lucky and convince someone over there to help.

They never pay you after you’re banned, so don’t expect that paycheck to even come. It’s typical google shit

when I was making little money I had 3 informational websites about these topics
- hair dyes
- bed wetting
- surround sound
These 3 were averaging me around $200+ per month in total.
And then, I got frustrated with the small earnings and I've set up 2 more websites, one in the home improvement niche (I was covering a lot of topics) and one in the financial niche (I don't remember which topic, though) and I've purchased clicks for these 2 websites for 2 months, and hours before having my 2nd cheque sent to me they've closed my Adsense account

I guess u were averaging 1-2 thousand visitors a month? i reallly wanna know how much visitors u were getting.

I don't think I was averaging that many. It's been almost a decade since I had those websites so I honestly don't remember the exact number, but I don't think I've averaged that many visitors. Probably around 1k-1,2k... probably...
But keep in mind that Adsense earnings vary based on a lot of things (niche, trends, keywords, ads placement, etc)... well, it used to vary based on these factors in 2012-2013 when I was making money with Adsense, but I don't know what works today since I've moved away from Adsense.
Besides, those websites have been optimized for Adsense, so they were optimized to pull the most profit with the fewest visitors, so to speak. So, even with the little traffic I was getting they were still making good money considering that I wasn't doing anything for that money and that all 3 websites only had PLR content on them (unspun, unoptimized, just PLR content in the form that I've purchased it). But... we are talking about the good old days when you could rank with 100% plagiarized content and with backlinks from Ezine Articles, Article Base and Go Articles

My earned balance was showing up until 27th. I checked today and they are showing your last payment was made on October 27th which was yesterday. When I checked, the payment was $-94
Is that how they do it? It wasn't paid right?
