Will Google Index Spam website, If Google detects that it is spam

If Google identifies a site as spam, is it possible to index new content but never rank it well? I mean, is it possible for Google to index the sites it identifies as spam?

I think google easily detect spam sites but many of them still ranking good

It can deindex a site but if posts are still getting indexed you should be good. To force index you can build backlinks to the post and submit to paid indexer

Google will not index spam websites or pages intentionally. Google wants to provide its users with the most relevant and useful search results, and spam content doesn't help achieve that goal.
