Will Google ban my sub-domain

Hi, I want to create a subdomain for my blog in another niche... My niche is tech, so I want to create a subdomain on Health niche. My problem is...

1. Will the subdomain affect my main niche?
2. If Google AdSense ban the subdomain, will my main domain be banned also?
