But can people report it to Google, and then Google takes action based on those reports? Yes.
If you're just slightly misusing the trademarks but the product is genuine then even if you get caught you should be okay. But if you're selling straight up bullshit knock-offs then you'll want to be very careful since you'll get fucked hard for that.
