Will follow blocks ruin my account?

So I just created my first IG niche account 3 days ago. Im not going to use a bot at all. I've been doing the follow/unfollow method for the 3 days now, but I keep getting follow blocked at the end of every night. Will repeatedly getting it get my account banned? Ive been using the time when I'm blocked to just unfollow, so I don't exactly mind getting blocked, but is it bad for my account in the long run?

Hm. my account is 3 years old and in the last week I got every day a follow temp ban. so strange
