Will facebook flag your site for using pounder ads?

I was just wondering if anyone had experience using popunder ads on a website they promote with their facebook page.

If so did it affect your reach? does facebook flag sites that use popunders?

The facebook android and iOs app browser has no tabs. So once that popunder opens, there's a good chance the visitor is gonna have to leave and come back.

Pretty sure Facebook had an update awhile back that punished sites with these type of ads.
