Will E-sim work?

Hey guys,

I created an account on an iphone that I reset and setup everything for USA. I am also using a USA 5g proxy and I created an account but it won't even let me follow a single person. I will reset the phone and try the process again with a USA sim card cause I figured the problem was that I did not have a sim card on the phone which from what I have understood is how tiktok determines your country so they for sure read this data and they know that I do not have a sim card inserted and thats a red flag. My question is, do Esims work just as well as sim cards cause this would be a faster way to do the process rather than waiting for a whole week for physical sim cards to ship from amazon. If anybody has tried Esims please let me know.

They work similar but I've also heard there are ways apps can detect your Sim, I'm not sure if that's correct though
 
It does work. Shouldn't be much of a difference either, for most parts. Although if it adds a certain impact or affects your account in some way (much as like emulator TikTok vs actual device app) is a bit trickier to determine.
 
Using eSIM should be based on the device country and SIM card data

If your eSIM is registered with a US operator and has a US-based number.
 
Results about it are mixed, some people says it work, other people tries without success, you can give it a shot.

be ready to do some lenthy test, i dont believe it will work for your use case
 
The e-sim is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving the QR email.
This e-sim cannot access Tik Tok according to the regulations of Hong Kong - the place where the sim is manufactured.
 
esims does work for tiktok as many are already using it for their verification on tiktok. So it will work fine.
