Nope.

Atm the monetization options depends on the country you created the account. Meaning if you enter Tiktok panel and you dont see the "Creator Rewards program" icon, then is not available for that account even if you sell or travel to any country.

For example I also got a 500k followers account that I create from Spain, so that account will be ALWAYS linked to Spain monetization options, and since there is no Rewards program in spain, even if I sell the account, that option wont be available for that account until tiktok enable the monetization for that specific country.

he is almost right but let me correct a little bit that the monetization program depend on the country and the time you created the account.
some account from US don't have Tiktok Shop feature because they was created to far from the day Affiliate program launched.
 
is hard to say because could work immediately or still have certain region restrictions and the problem is the difference in the locations, maybe wam up the account before attemting to apply or make any change and as everything tiktok do is region locked basically depending on where you created your account is locked on that location.
 
No, tiktok account must be created in an eligible country from the beginning

can only sell the content of each video and they repost it. However, the tastes of different countries are different, you cannot guarantee that if your channel has 500k followers, other countries can also achieve that number.
