to tell you the truth i am experienced in warez stuff id prefer if i start my own warez site but i am not so sure if its illegal to use websites like blogger, id built one myself but i don't have money to start paying for hosting yet

If you tell them acceptable ways of promotion, I don't see any reason why they will not accept you. You jut need to follow their TOS and you won't face any problems with them.

I doubt it. Isn't warez about sharing things that you are not supposed to share? Why would they trust someone doing that? Better to build a seperate blog I think.

Most will deny you since it is against every TOS I have ever bothered to read (quite a few)

many will have something to say about a warez site(had a few that ask point blank if i had warez), you can use that maybe for bh incentive site and have another wh site for your cpa's..
