Hello BHW ,
i'm a bit new to SEO and trying to learn step by step ,
let's say i have blogger and blogs are well indexed , when i change the domain will it affect the indexed blogs ? and will it restart from 0 ?

also if i want to migrate from blogger to wordpress , will it affect the position in search engines ?

If you do it right you should be reasonably ok.

Changing the domain may be a problem. But I am sure you can redirect those links to the new domain and their corresponding articles.

And you can migrate a Blogger blog to WordPress very easily. So that should affect your rankings. But you have to make sure all the permalinks (links) stay the same. You don't want any 404 errors.

If you Changing the domain you will lose the traffic. you can gain the traffic, if you redirect the old URL to New one.

thank you guys ,
i'm not worry about losing the actual traffic , i'm much more thinking about google ranking of my blogs
