Bots will always have a future because it all depends on your definition of bots.
If a bot is scraping information and feeding it into another bot that uses data to make sense of that information, the future is limitless.
But, if you’re talking about bots that can impact security features on websites, then that’s another discussion.
In broad terms, when it comes to using automated means to collect, organize, and make sense of data, the game hasn’t changed.
This has always been in demand and will continue to be a thing long into the future.
I don’t see things changing much.
The data may change; the places where bots gather data come and go.
But, the need to go through this process so people can make better decisions is going to remain.
If this is how you define bots, then the future looks bright indeed.
