So, I'm starting a new website, that will be focused mainly on treaties that was signed by European countries after the second world. I intend to monetize the website through AdSense, will such a website be approved by Google Adsense?

There won't be any problems with Adsense, just make sure that your content is not misleading.

I haven’t heard anything about that traffic source being rejected. However, to be sure, take a look at this page and scroll down to “Traffic sources” and click “learn more”:

As long you keep it unique and clean, you should be just fine. I don't see a reason why they would reject you. Update your website regulary.
