Will adscendmedia go bankrupt?

I made a good amount of $ with them this month and need to be paid next month. Will this lawsuit affect affiliates in the coming month? i dont use facebook and I follow the rules. Any thoughts?

I use Facebook and Adscend, and I'm pretty sure Adscend doesn't create likejacking. I see discussion about likejacking all the time on another CPA network...

But I love Adscend and it sucks that Facebook is attacking them.

I earned 200 this month, making me 200 usd. Last month I got 300 usd.
I can either cashout the 300 on the 30th this month, then the 200 I made this month I will cashout next month.

This will be by paypal, as wire is 500.

If I dont do that^ I will wait till next month to get all of the $$(500) in wire next month.

WHAT DO I DO? I want wire lol, if paypal, I need to send to m8

This is going to take a while to come to court and be argued and Adscend arent going to just roll over from a threat by FB. And when you look at the allegations it shows just how stupid the FB lawyers are as to what they accuse Adscend of. Adscend dont organise clickjacking, they only provide a widget and postback to show an offer is unlocked and for the page to become visable. Fb think my wielding a lot of power and money everyone will bow down.

Lol, I'm in the same situation.
But AdscendMedia seems really serious, so I'm not worried about being paid.

what about me
my balance is $7000

First of all these things take time. It will be months before we know the outcome. Secondly, it does not look like Adscend is behind the browser jacking so they should win anyway, especially with good lawyers they have. I would not worry quite yet.

What do you mean what should i do? There is nothing you can do. Does adscend media support early payment? The most you can do is apply for early payment if it does.

They could be in court for years, if they lose the case they'll appeal and drag it out longer. If they're properly managed as they seem, they can afford to hire appropriate legal representation.

It wouldn't hurt to make a backup plan though.

The lack of common sense some people have online never seizes to amaze me. You do realize you are asking for a method that facebook is suing adscend for right now? I suggest you email Washington attorney general and ask him.
