Will adding keywords in another language have a negative effect?

Let's say I have two DIY channels. One with eng voice over and second one with no voice over. Both eng titles, thumbnails with english text, both keywords in English. All related to niche.

Will adding to both of them keywords, in lets say Spanish,but related with niche, have negative effects to my channel/video or monetization.?

Or it's better to make second channel with the same content, videos but everything would be in Spanish?

The channel will not get monetized its against YouTube policies as misleading metadata . You should run them on different channels
