Will a VCC do?

Hello

My paypal account is limited and they are asking for a credit card. I do not have it.

Will a VCC do? Will I get caught? Does PP check CC info and all before lifting limitation? Will my limitation be lifted as soon as I enter the CC info?

If not, please tell me what or who can help me.

your paypal are not verified?
you'd better not add a vCC INFO

My paypal is unverified and limited. And they are asking for a credit card or photo id proof or credit card statement.

Do not use VCC for your paypal account if your account is limited.Try to avoid VCC and use CC to remove the limit.

It is not a location problem.
I am not in US
My account got limited because I had started a dispute with a person.
I do not a have a CC.

@blackmind: I have escalated it to a claim.. If the other person does not reply by 9th May, I will win. There are $100 struck. I do not want to lose those..

vcc should not be used only when the PP account is already limited, but it is okay to very a new PP account with a vcc? Did I get that right?
