Well, let's get started!

I have a very specific question, but first of all let me describe the situation in order for you to have more understanding!
- I have been running ads for FB (gambling for apps)
- the success curve wasn't as good as I thought due to the poor quality apps and they get banned often
- recently i purchased a bot with push notifications for the gambling stuff

I want to try the next method:1) to run google ads aka brand bidding for this particular legal casino
2) the add will show my "review" of this particular casino on landing page with links to my website with blog about casino related topics
3) LP will push users to telegram bot

Is it at least possible? If so what should I need to know to make it happen?

You are cloaking right?
It should work - if you can get approved for the brand keyword.
