If it does, People will have to look for some other alternative SE and may be 2-5% of those people start using the other SE (eg: bing, yahoo) more frequently.

If SOPA goes through (or PIPA), all those sites will be screwed (theoretically at least). That said, SOPA has already been benched so don't know how many are still going with this blackout.
 
I'm glad that the big internet companies took this head on otherwise the repercussions world wide would have been dire. I do hope that all these sites go down for the 24 hours just as an example of what would happen.
