Creating a wikipage is not an easy job and if your intention is to build backlinks to stick your wiki page then it won't work.
You need to have a wiki worthy business or person etc already.
None would become popular or popularize a business or person to create a wikipedia page, Right?

You can try, but it's not that simple. They often remove pages that don't meet their notability standards or seem spammy. I've seen some success when people use high-quality, niche-relevant blog posts or articles as references instead.
