Look into doing it yourself. I've put one up that stuck. Just make it as specific a page as you can. If it fits decent on the page, in the right section, etc it could work.

Any one can edit wikipedia so it will never 100% stick

Exactly! It's well worth your time. I have a few links on there which gets me a lot of traffic. I noticed it had an instant effect on PR too.

Besides, no one can guarantee a "permanent" link.

Your link cannot be permanent! You can only add it again and again.

What i did is look for an article concerning my blog, and put my link in the references like a nin.ja. I didn't actually edit the wikipedia post that much to keep the integrity of the post.

After about a month of nin.ja attaching my link, i even achieved a link back from websites like ask(.)com and some other wikis/resource site regarding my topic. But dont go running around putting links all over wikipedia, they have some good editors who can catch you.
