Anyone please guide me how to make page on Wikipedia and publish it?

They have detailed information on the site about creating a page:

Everyone can publish a page. Just look for the value you want to publish about and if it doesn't exists there will be a button to create a page for this value

I am not sure but creating articles on wikipedia is very simple

(forget abount DMCA and others copyrights factors, just awnser me in the way of SEO, I mean can google understand that I copy even one sentence from wikipedia, I mean any algorithm of google that focuses on wikipedia? and I even heared that wikipeida has a bot that searches the net to find its contents on other web sites, Is it right? Is there any solution to get rid of this problem?
