BENEFITS OF A WIKI PAGE

In terms of marketing, having a Wikipedia page is like winning an Oscar for an actor. It shows that you are renowned in your field of work and that you're an authority. Google works closely with Wikipedia, in fact its search results are structured around Wikipedia. If you notice, most of the information Google grabs for its structured side info is taken from Wikipedia (when you search for actors, companies, places, etc.) Additionally, Wikipedia articles rank top 3 for almost anything... Whenever you search for something, if there is a related article on Wikipedia it will most likely pop up at the top. What does it tell us? That Wikipedia is Google's top loved authority site. It ranks Wikipedia pages for everything, and nothing comes close, not NY Times, not Huff Post, not CNN, nothing.. now imagine having your own page?

Since Google grabs the information for its structured side panel from Wikipedia, it knows when your site/company has its own wiki page. It values that highly and gives more authority to your website. Many of my clients had significant rank boosts when they got a Wikipedia backlink, with a wiki page created for them the effect is a lot stronger.

I can work with any company, any person, any site, as long as the Wikipedia page is created on the English wiki. I do not work with foreign wikis.

Exact Match Domains are the worst.. there's nothing brandable about them and they can sometimes trigger filters.. But it's still doable, I'll need to see the links first. PM sent
