How I can get links from the wikipedia sites?

Both will not be easy- here's why:

Wikipedia only trusts websites who are already branded as real high authority and as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong - I just read this next point here in the forum), they also check the amount of your sites traffic.
They have strict moderation.

Hence- even reputed sellers in the marketplace will just refund you back your money or just refuse to - because if your site is not worth it in Wikipedia's eyes- then everyone is just wasting their time with your site.

It is so difficult to create subwiki at Wikipedia in English.
So what I tried was to goto wikipedia in non-English ( actually rarely used language ), and then create subwiki.
Then I could insert my website link there.
