Ok listen up.
Buy a router and a modem (Not a modem with built in router!)
Disconnect the wires from modem to internet.
Log into modem and change its mac address and restart it.
As it restarts Disconnect modem from your computer.
Hook modem back up to internet after 5 minutes.
Restart pc and once booted up fully hook modem back to pc, SHOULD - give you a new ip unless yours is static
May need to find an online guide if your newer versions of windows don't work like this any more or you use linux/mac. But reset your MAC on the modem with no PC MAC to fall back on and it gives you a New IP unless it is static.
(this still works with windows 7, and since every thing after windows 7 is pure spyware, your a failure of a blackhat if you are using that as gates gets to track everything you do... Not very black hat if people can track you no?)
Also wikipida has kinda gone woke so its more or less another cheap reddit knock off at this point, ID the forms if communication taken over by the enemy and learn to market around them by.... Making new Markets and places for data to flow (hope I can help you all with that in several months, The Sea it is coming)
